Are There Any Additional Fees?
Yes. You will be responsible to pay for ad spend directly to Facebook, Instagram or TikTok to advertise your listing (We do not collect your ad spend).
That said, your first 2 elite listing setups are included in the $500 fee and that also covers your onboarding.
After 6 months on the Listings Hub there will be a $97 per month for the CRM
You can use the service whenever you want and just pay per listing... You only pay when you use the service.
What Kind Of Appointments Do The ISA'S Set?
Your Inside Sales Agents will call your leads to set phone appointments or send you live transfers to talk about the property at hand.
Is There A Contract?
No! Your one time fee of $500 gets you access to the program for 6 months without any other fees unless you actually use the service.
Do My Elite Listings Expire After Sign Up?
When you pay the $500 fee for Listings Hub you will have an entire 6 months to action those Elite listings without any additional charges (other than SMS fees + appointment fees)
